I mean,, the pillows were so nice, like seriously soft clouds I could sink into. Plus, the front desk staff was really understanding and even hooked me up with some extra towels when I needed 'em.

The pool area was lovely, and the spa facilities were perfect after a long day of activities. Staff provided outstanding service, adding to the welcoming vibe.

I had a really enjoyable time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rancho Mirage. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. My room was spacious and had a nice pool view, perfect for relaxing. The staff were super friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who made check-in a breeze. However, the gym had no A/C and only one fan, making it hard to work out comfortably. Also, the breakfast options were quite limited, not what I expected for the price. I also had some issues when trying to order room service, frequently getting a busy signal. Overall, appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentive housekeeping, but some amenities could use improvement.
